According to HSEB rules, Humanities Stream offers two compulsory
and three optional subjects in Grade XI. The compulsory subjects are
English and Nepali. However, keeping the wide scope in mind, BST
College has made Major English and Journalism/ Mass Communication
compulsory, too.
Students can choose between Computer Science and
Sociology as an optional subject. Similarly, in Grade XII, compulsory
subjects are English, Major English and Journalism/Mass
Communication. Students can continue the elective subject (either
Computer Science or Sociology) chosen in grade XI as the first
optional subject and Contemporary Society or any other subject fixed
by the college as the second. |
